We accept online applications from three types of vendors: Arts & Crafts, Commercial and Non-Profit Vendors. Both nonprofit vendors who are selling products or services, and those providing information only are included in the Non-Profit category. Proof of non-profit status must be provided. Please upload a copy of your proof of non-profit tax exempt status with the link provided in this form. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1, 2019, AND SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW BY THE VENDOR COMMITTEE ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE, A COPY OF THE VENDOR’S CITY OF MONTEREY LICENSE TO DO BUSINESS, TWO (2) PHOTOS OF THE VENDOR'S BOOTH DISPLAY AND/OR MERCHANDISE, AND PROOF OF NON-PROFIT'S IRS TAX EXEMPT STATUS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF APPLICATION.

State, City and County permit forms are provided for your convenience; original forms must be sent to agencies indicated on form, upload a copy of each (as applicable) to this website.
