We accept online applications from three types of vendors: Arts & Crafts, Commercial and Non-Profit Vendors. This Arts & Crafts category is defined as Artists and Crafters who personally make their own products or merchandise for sale. Vendors who sell imported, manufactured, mass-produced, or mass-marketed items are not eligible for this booth price. Arts & Crafts Vendor 10ft x 10ft space fee: $325

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1, 2020, AND SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW BY THE VENDOR COMMITTEE ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE VENDOR’S CURRENT CALIFORNIA RESALE LICENSE, A COPY OF CITY OF MONTEREY LICENSE TO DO BUSINESS, TWO (2) PHOTOS OF THE VENDOR'S BOOTH DISPLAY AND/OR MERCHANDISE, AND IF APPLICABLE, A COPY OF VENDOR'S COUNTY OF MONTEREY HEALTH DEPT TEMPORARY FOOD FACILITY PERMIT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF APPLICATION.

You will be able to choose booth quantity, amenities, and upload additional documents after the first page of this form (click "NEXT" at bottom.) State, City and County permit forms are provided as downloads for your convenience; original forms must be sent to agencies indicated on form; upload a copy of each to this website.

If vendor will be handing out edible samples to customers, vendor will need to provide a current Monterey County Health Department Temporary Food Facility Permit.
